The correct option is C 30x+4y+8
Three times the sum of (5x+6y){7(2x4y)} and (5x6y+6)= 3[(5x+6y){7(2x4y)}+(5x6y+6)]
Simplifying the above expression,
3[(5x+6y){72x+4y}+(5x6y+6)]
= 3(5x+6y7+2x4y+5x6y+6)
= 3(12x4y1)
= 36x12y3---------(1)

Subtracting expression (1) from (6x8y+5),
= (6x8y+5)(36x12y3)
= 6x8y+536x+12y+3
= 30x+4y+8
