The pressure exerted by water in all directions is the same at the same depth. The pressure of the water increases with depth and is independent of the size or shape of the container.
So, at a point where pressure is more, the force will also be more and hence the jet speed of the water stream will also be more.
Therefore, the stream of water will fall out with maximum jet speed at the lowest holes of tins in cases (Q) and (R). This is because the lowest holes in cases (Q) and (R) are at the same depth and also at the lowest point amongst all the holes in the three tins.
