The correct option is C in A and C is same
The tubes A and C are connected to a tube of same area of cross-section and the liquid flowing there will have same velocity, hence the height of liquid in A and C will be same. Since, tube B is connected to a tube of smaller area of cross-section, therefore the liquid is flowing faster in the tube and pressure there is less according to Bernoulli's theorem.
