The correct option is A $$\dfrac {49}{11}V$$
As the capacitors are uncharged so total charge of system is zero. i.e,
$$q_1+q_2+q_3=0$$
or $$C_1(V_1-V_O)+C_2(V_2-V_O)+C_3(V_3-V_O)=0$$
or $$60(6-V_O)+20(2-V_O)+30(3-V_O)=0$$
or $$36-6V_O+4-2V_O+9-3V_O=0$$
or $$11 V_O=49 \Rightarrow V_O=\dfrac{49}{11}  V$$
