The correct option is C V1+V2=V3
Here, three voltmeters are joined as shown in given figure.
We know,
V=IR
Also, all voltmeters have different resistances, then for same current VR
Hence, V1R1
similarly, V2R2 and V3R3
V1V2
When some potential difference is applied the current will divide into two branches i.e. say
I1 in one having V1 and V2 in series and say I2 in other having V3 parallel to both of them.
Now, applying KVL to the loop
I1R1+I1R2I2V3=0
V1+V2V3=0
V1+V2=V3
