Since three waves have a successive phase difference of π/2.
So, first and third waves have phase difference of π.
Thus, net amplitude of first and third wave is A1=129=3μm
Amplitude of second wave A2=4μm
Resultant amplitude AR=A21+A22
AR=32+42=5μm
