Solution

Find the greatest number of packages:

Given : Total number of headphones =39

Total number of music players =13

To sell all of the headphones and music players in identical packages, number of packages Tim can make =Greatest common factor of 39 and 13

Now, factors of 13=1,13

And factors of 39=1,13,39

Now, greatest common factor of 13 and 39 is 13

Hence, the greatest number of packages Tim can make is 13.
