Solution:-

Total length of the cloth $=\text{20 m 5 cm}=20.05m$

Length of cloth used $=\text{4 m 50 cm}=4.50m$

Remaining cloth $=20.05m-4.50m=15.55m=\text{15 m 55 cm}$

Hence $\text{15 m 55 cm}$ of cloth is left with Tina.
