Tina observed a permanent slide of a plant tissue with thin walled cells, loosely packed with large intercellular spaces. Identify the tissue.
Parenchyma cells
Parenchyma cells have thin walls. They are live cells. They are usually loosely packed, and large intercellular spaces are found in this tissue. Therefore, the slide consists of parenchyma cells.
Sclerenchyma is the tissue which makes the plant, hard and stiff. Aerolar tissue and epithelium are animals tissues.
