Economic importance of trees:

1. Trees are a very important component which help in balancing nature.
2. It also has many economic importance.
3. Trees are important for the production of materials like paper, gums, fuels etc.
4. So a complete ban on cutting trees will affect the manufacture of these products.
5. But rapid cutting of trees for these products is also not justifiable.
6. We have to use these products very carefully to minimise the cutting of trees and also we have to practise afforestation and deforestation for the restoration of forests.
