Let the integers on left side of the blank be L.H.S. and integers on the right side be R. H. S.

Taking L.H.S.

$\left(30\right)-(-31)$

To subtract an integer, we add its additive inverse.

$=30+31$ [Additive inverse of $-31$ is $31$]

$=61$

Taking R.H.S.

$\left(80\right)-\left(19\right)$

To subtract an integer, we add its additive inverse.

$=80+(-19)$ [Additive inverse of $19$ is $-19$]
