= 4000 cm

Cloth required for one shirt = 215 cm

Number of shirts that can be stitched out of 4000 cm = 4000 ÷ 215

Therefore, 18 shirts can be made. 130 cm, i.e. 1 m 30 cm, cloth will remain.
