Solution

The correct option is B Single stranded RNA
Tobacco mosaic virus is a positive sense single-stranded RNA virus that infects tobacco and other members of the family Solanaceae. Tobacco mosaic virus has a rod-like appearance. Its capsid is made from 2130 molecules of coat protein and one molecule of genomic single strand RNA which is 6400 bases long. The molecular weight of the RNA molecule is 25,000 dalton. The ssRNA is little more in length than the capsid rod so it slightly protrudes from one end of the rod.
So, the correct answer is 'Single-stranded RNA'.
