The correct option is C 4,900 cubic cm
Volume of the cake = Sum of volumes of all the three layers of cake.

Volume of cuboid
= Length × Width × Height

Dimensions of the bottom cake:
Length = 28 cm
Width = 10 cm
Height = 10 cm

Volume = 28 × 10 × 10
= 2,800 cubic cm

Dimensions of the middle cake:
Length = 14 cm (reduced to half)
Width = 10 cm
Height = 10 cm

Volume = 14 × 10 × 10
= 1,400 cubic cm

Dimensions of the top cake:
Length = 7 cm (reduced to half)
Width = 10 cm
Height = 10 cm

Volume = 7 × 10 × 10
= 700 cubic cm

Total volume = 2800 + 1400 + 700
= 4,900 cubic cm
