Let p(x)=x3+ax2+bx+c
p(x) is divisible by x2+1=(xi)(x+i)
Hence, p(i)=0 and p(i)=0
i.e., i3+ai2+bi+c=0
and (i)3+a(i)2+b(i)+c=0
(ca)+(b1)i=0
and (ca)+(1b)i=0
a=c, b=1
Total number of such polynomials=10C1=10.
