The correct option is A 48000 Let us assume that their savings are 8k,9k and 20k respectively.
A spends 80% of his salary. Thus he saves (100−80=20%) of his salary.
So, 20%=8k
Therefore, A's total salary i.e., 100%=40k
B spends 85% of his salary. Thus he saves (100−85=15%) of his salary. So, 15%=9k
Therefore, B's total salary i.e., 100%=60k
C spends 75% of his salary. Thus he saves (100−75=25%) of his salary. So, 25%=20k
