Light focussed on eyes - Stimulus sensed and received by receptors in the eyes - sensory nerves take the stimulus in form of impulse to the spinal cord - Decision taken by spinal cord - stimulus transferred to motor neurons from the spinal cord to the eye muscles - Muscles contract - eyes respond by blinking and shutting eyes


Receptor —> Sensory neuron —> Brain —> Motor neuron —> Eye —> Eye muscle contracts.
