Solution

The correct option is B Study well or be prepared to face the consequence.
There are three moods in English:
A verb which makes a statement of fact or asks a question or expresses a supposition which is assumed as a fact, is in the indicative mood.
A verb which expresses a command, an advice, a request or a prayer, is in the imperative mood.
A verb which expresses a wish/hope/ desire/ resolution is in Subjective mood. They include verbs like wish, hope, suggest, ask, demand, recommend, insist, advise, propose, etc and are mostly followed by the word, "that". It also states a condition/wish which is contrary to the fact. Example: "I wish that I were a millionaire".

Option A: If (=assuming as a fact that) you don't study well, you may have to face the consequence.
Option D: Study well, in case (=assuming as a fact that) you are not prepared to face the consequence.
In both options A and D, there is an assumed fact. Hence, these options are in indicative mood. Hence, these options are incorrect.
Option B advises the listener to study well or be prepared to face the consequence. Hence, this is in imperative mood. This option is correct.
Option C: "I wish you study well" is in subjunctive mood as there is a desire expressed. Hence this is not the correct answer.
