Given the equation of the line is $2 x + 3 y = 6$ .
This line can be written as,
$3 y = 6 - 2 x$
or, $y = 2 - \frac{1}{3} x$
or, $y = - \frac{x}{3} + 2$ .
This is the required $y = m x + c$ form.
