People affected with phenylketonuria cannot have milk since milk contains high amount of proteins. They need to limit any food that may contain phenylalanine. But phenylalanine free milk is available specially for them which does not cause harm.
SCID is a genetic disorder which has only one cute and that is a bone marrow transplant.
Emphysema is the reduced ability of the lungs to carry oxygen. This can be treated by retinoic acid which can be supplied with milk.
CFTR can be cured with drugs like ivacaftor and Transgenics can provide these along with milk for their treatment.
