In a right angle triangle, Pythagoras Theorem states that the sum of the squares of the sides containing the right angle is equal to the square of the hypotenuse.

Therefore,AB2+AC2=BC2

Thus, AB2=BC2AC2

AB2=612602

AB2=37213600

AB2=121

AB2=112

AB = 11 cm
