Area of triangle $\Delta ABC=\frac{1}{2}\left(base\right)\left(height\right)$

$=\frac{1}{2}\left(12\right)\left(5\right)=30m^2$.

Hence area of $\Delta PQR$ that is occupied by $\Delta ABC$ is $30m^2$.
