Steps of construction of PQR:

Step 1:
Draw the base line QR of the length 4 cm.

Step 2:
Measure the angle Q with your protractor. Make a mark at 35 degrees and draw a line from Q passing through the mark.

Step 3:
Measure the angle R with your protractor. Make a mark at 70 degrees and draw a line from R passing through the mark.

Step 4:
Name the point of intersection of these two lines as P and the PQR is complete, as shown below.
