Trichinosis, trichinellosis is a parasitic disease caused by roundworms which is transferred from the pigs. The pigs are infected when they eat the rodents . The infection is transferred from the pigs to the humans on eating the raw pigs. When the cysts are eaten up by the humans the larvae are separated by HCL action in the stomach and move to the small intestine. The larvae pass through the intestinal mucosa and enter the lymphatic vessels, and then enter the bloodstream. So the infection can be diagnosed by the blood test.
So, the correct answer is option A.
