  3. Yes, I find it easy to push the scooter further after it is set in motion.
  4. In the process of making the scooter attain motion, there will be static friction which is in action.
  5. After the scooter started to move there will be rolling friction.
  6. Rolling friction is less than static friction.
  7. Hence we have to exert less amount of force in order to keep the scooter moving.
