it is the limitation of turmeric strip. We cannot find which is acid and which is neutral.

But you can use other indicators like litmus paper and red carbage to find which is acid and neutral.

An acid turns blue litmus paper red.

red cabbage usually have purple colour which turns to red with acid and no colour change with neutral.
