In the bag, there are $9$ blue counters and $2$ red counters.

So the favourable outcomes are $9+2=11$.

Step 3 Finding the probability that the drawn counter is blue or red:

The formula for the probability is expressed as,

Substitute favorable number of outcomes as $11$ and the total number of outcomes as $24$.
