So, one women will complete the whole work in $= 22 \times 16 = 352$ days
16 men take 15 days to complete the whole work
So, one man can complete the work in $= 15 \times 16 = 240$ days
Work rate ratio man and women $= 240 : 352 = 15 : 22$
