From equation (2)
$x=2y$
Put the value of x in equation (1)

$2\left(3y\right)=30$
$6y=30$
$y=\frac{30}{6}=5$
Substitute the value of y in equation (2)
$x-2\left(5\right)=0$
$x=10$
Therefore number are 10 and 5
