It is true.
Twin prime numbers are basically prime numbers tht differ by 2 e.g.3and 5, 5 and 7 etc,
Since they are prime numbers, they are only divisible by themslees and 1. So they are certainly co-prime
In other words, the only number that divides both of them is 1.
