$= 2 [(5 x^{2} - 3 y^{2}) + (x^{2} - 2 x y)]$

$= [10 x^{2} - 6 y^{2}) + (2 x^{2} - 4 x y)]$

$= 12 x^{2} - 6 y^{2} - 4 x y$
