The correct option is B 14 cm

Length of two adjacent sides are 4 cm and 3 cm.
Let BC = 3 cm and CD = 4 cm.

Since, the opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal, AB = CD = 4 cm and AD = BC = 3 cm.

Perimeter of ABCD = sum of the sides of the parallelogram ABCD
= AB + BC + CD + DA
= 4 + 3 + 4 + 3
= 14 cm.

The perimeter of the parallelogram = 14 cm.
