The correct option is C 17 cm
Given, the two adjacent sides of a parallelogram measure 5 cm and 3.5 cm.

We know that the opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal.

So, the other two sides will also measure 5 cm and 3.5 cm.

Hence, the perimeter of a parallelogram
= Sum of all the sides
= (5 + 3.5 + 5 + 3.5) cm
= 17 cm.
