Let's assume block A has an acceleration of magnitude 'a' leftwards.

By constraint relation block B will also have an acceleration 'a' leftwards. Let's draw Free Body Diagram of A and B.

9 - T = 5a -----------------(I) T = 4a -----------------(II)

Adding (I) & (II) we get
