As the pulley is smooth, the magnitude of acceleration of both blocks are equal.

For 400kg : 400a=400gsin37T...(1)

For 30kg : 30a=T30gsin53....(2)

Adding (1) and (2),

430a=400gsin3730gsin53=2226.7

a=5.02m/s2
