The correct option is A 1:1.15
Given:
Temperature of body A, TA=10C=273+10=283 K

Temperature of body B, TB=20C=273+20=293 K

we know from Stefan's law,
uAuB=σ A T4Aσ A T4B=T4AT4B=(283293)4

uAuB=11.15
