Force=mass*acceleration.

$\frac{F_1}{F_2}=\frac{m_1{a}_1}{m_2{a}_2}$

since $F_1=F_2$

$a_2=\frac{m_1{a}_2}{m_2}=\frac{3\times 6}{4}=4.5m/s^2$
