The formula for distance traveled is

$S=\frac{1}{2}g{t}^2$

After putting values given in the question we get

$\frac{S_1}{S_2}=\frac{{t_1}^2}{{t_2}^2}$

$\frac{t_1}{t_2}=\sqrt{\frac{16}{25}}$

$⟹\frac{t_1}{t_2}=\frac{4}{5}$
