Now, momentum of 3 kg = Momentum of 1 kg(Given)
We know that momentum of a body = mass × velocity

|(\therefore\)3×v1=1×v2

Let their kinetic energies be K.E1 and K.E2 respectively.

K.E1K.E2=12×3×v2112×1×v22=3×(v1v2)2=3×(13)2=13
