$3^4=5v+{3v}^{\prime }$

$\frac{v^{\prime }-v}{5-3}=1=v^{\prime }-v=2$

$=v^{\prime }=v+2$

evaluating both

$u=\frac{7}{2}m/s$

$v^{\prime }=\frac{11}{2}m/s$
