Momentum is given as $p = m v$ ,
where, p is the momentum, m = mass and v = velocity.
Step 2: Calculation:
So, in above case for first body,
$p_{1} = m v$ , and
$p_{2} = m \times 3 v = 3 m v$
Therefore, $\frac{p_{1}}{p_{2}} = \frac{m v}{3 m v} = \frac{1}{3}$
Hence, ratio of their momentum is 1:3
