The correct option is B $\sqrt{2} : 1$
We know that: $E = ε σ A T^{4}$
and it is given that both the bodies have same radiating power.
So equating both of them we find that:
$\Rightarrow \frac{T_{1}^{4}}{T_{2}^{4}} = \frac{ε_{2}}{ε_{1}}$
