The correct option is B (m1m2m1+m2)2g
If we consider both m1 and m2 as the system( neglect the mass of the pulley and string),
a=Acceleration of the system = Net force/total mass;
Since m1 > m2, m1 moves up and m2 moves down.

a=m1gm2gm1+m2
acm=m1a1+m2a2m1+m2 ...................................................................(1)

Putting the values for a1=a and a2=a and a=m1gm2gm1+m2 into equation (1)
acm=m1×a+m2×(a)m1+m2=a×m1m2m1+m2=g(m1m2m1+m2)2;
