The correct option is B

Bulb A glows but B does not glow


Both the bulbs are connected in parallel through switches S1 and S2. In a parallel operation, there is an independent operation of each load. As from the figure, switch S2 is open therefore no current will flow in bulb B and hence it will not glow but since switch S1 is closed so current will flow in bulb A and hence it will glow.
