Power dissipated in a resistor is:
P=V2R

Given:
Rated power of the first bulb, P1=200 watts
Resistance of the 1st bulb is:
R1=2502200 Ω
R1=6252 Ω

Rated power of the second bulb P2=100 watts
Resistance of the 2nd bulb is:
R2=2502100
R2=625 Ω

Total resistance of the circuit when the bulbs are connceted in series is:
R=R1+R2
R=6252+625=18752 Ω

Operating voltage, V=250 volts
Therefore, total power consumed in the circuit:
P=V2R
