The correct option is B both will reach simultaneously

Time taken to reach the ground depends on the vertical component of velocity, not horizontal component of velocity. $u_{y} = 0$

$s = u_{y} t + \frac{1}{2} g t^{2} = \frac{1}{2} g t^{2}$

$\Rightarrow t = \sqrt{\frac{2 s}{g}}$

Since $s_{1} = s_{2}$ therefore $t_{1} = t_{2}$
