The correct option is C 70 V
As the capacitors are in series so the charge remains same.
The charge on small capacitance (1 μF), Q1=60 μC
Thus we can not apply charge which is greater than Q1=60 μC.
The potential on big capacitance (6 μF) for same charge Q1 is Vb=606=10 V
Thus the max emf =60+10=70 V
