Solution

The correct options are
A Charge on 1.5 μF capacitor is 180 μC
B Charge on 2 μF capacitor is 120 μC
D Positive charge flows through A from left to right
The initial charges were
q2μC=2(150)=300 μC
q3μC=3(150)=360 μC
q1.5μC=0

Let the charges on the capacitors after the connection be, as shown.

Now plates (1) and (3) are isolated
q+q1=300...(1)
Plates (4) and (5) are isolated
q1+q2=300+360
q1+q2=60...(2)
Plates (2) and (6) are isolated
qq2=360
q+q2=360...(3)

KVL gives
q1.5+q23+q12=0
4q+2q2+3q1=0
4q+2(360q)+3(300q)=0 (from(1) and (3))
4q+2(360q)+3(300q)=0
q=180 μC
q1=120 μC , q2=180 μC

Flow of charge from 2 μF capacitor is q2μCq1=180 μC
