Let V be voltage across the battery.
When the capacitors are in series, equivalent capacitance , Cs=4×64+6=2.4μF
When the capacitors are in parallel, equivalent capacitance , Cp=4+6=10μF
Now, E1=12CsV2 and E2=12CpV2
Thus, E1E2=CsCp=2.410=625
