when both source and observer are moving towards each other
Let V1 be the velocity of 1st driver and V2 be the velocity of 2nd
Frequency heard by driver of second car, f2=(Vs+V2Vs−V1)f1
=340+16.5340−22×400=356.5318×400
≅448Hz
